Great location at Highway 79 and Front Beach Road. Less than a mile to Pier Park. Pier Park has over 120 stores and restaurants for your shopping, entertainment, and dining. Winn Dixie grocery store, liquor store, CVS Pharmacy is across the street.
You can see the pier at Pier Park from the deck off the back of the unit, great views, fishing, as well as fireworks display several times a year. Some of the area entertainment includes Frank Brown Park, Aaron Basset Park, Shipwreck Island water park, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe it or not, Wonderworks Museum, dog races, parasailing, boating, and fishing. "Dolphin Waves" has 1800 square feet of spacious living with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.
